Does anybody know how to get work placement in Top media companies I am currently working in job invovled in the fashsion industry but i want to work more within media preferbly Marketing Public relations or Advertising has anybody had any experience working in the industry how did you go about it?
Please give me as much information as possible.!

I work in Public Relations I got my job by achieving a degree in Law and PR then working my way up from an assistant to senior account manager (my job now). This business is all about selling yourself and making good contacts. First I would talk to your boss to find out if theres a sideways move you could make in your current company that would give you more contact with an industry youre interested in. If not update your CV and send it to the head of a relevant department at all the agencies in your area. If you dont hear from them call and remind them (or probably their assistant) about you! You need to be very determined to get a placement make sure you stand out from the crowd. Good luck!!
