Discover the trends in qualifications for communicators

PR Academy’s 2016 'Trends Survey' researched students’ views as practising communicators on professional qualifications, their professional experiences and their training needs and priorities.

The study examined:

  • Students’ reasons for studying
  • Skills gaps
  • Employer funding for qualifications

For 2016, the survey was extended to look at how communicators perceive their employers' use of social media, and whether influencing senior managers/clients about the value that PR has as a strategic function is a significant challenge for them.
