PR Academy blog has moved to PR Place

Welcome to PR Place, the new home for the PR Academy blog.  Its about a lot more than the blog though. PR Place was launched in autumn 2017 to be a place where public relations and communications practice meets scholarship, where insight is derived from evidence, and where questions of career development and professionalism are explored.

The site is a resource to help practitioners become more effective, and assist with the completion of professional and academic assignments.

We would love it if you decide to join up.  As a member of PR Place you’ll gain access to our members only research, guides and toolkits, plus email updates of the latest research and commentary in the public relations and communications world.  You can also join our LinkedIn private group to join the conversation.

About the author

Ann Pilkington

Ann is a co-founder of PR Academy, a leading provider of public relations and communication education.  Her special areas of interest are internal communication and project communication.

“One of my interests is communication on projects, an area that is often overlooked which is what prompted me to write my book on the subject.  I think that the world of PR and communication can benefit from understanding the principles of project management and vice versa. I am on a mission to create greater understanding on both sides!"
